Shipping Restrictions

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.
 

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Dermstore is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
 

DOT restricted

DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation.
 

Freight Forwarders

Dermstore doesn't ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
 

Out of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (shipments@dermstore.com).

A Free Pre-Paid return shipping label will be provided for all store credit returns. A blank shipping label with our return address will be provided for customers returning for a refund, this is not a pre-paid label.

Warranty and Defective Products
If you are outside of our return period, and your product turns out to be defective we are here to help. Give us a call at 1-800-213-DERM (3376), and one of our Beauty Experts will be happy to assist you with a manufacture replacement. The replacement terms vary from brand to brand, but let us help you communicate with the brand or research a replacement option.

 

Additional Return Policy Details

SmartFX and perfume purchases do not qualify for free prepaid return shipping. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. There will be a $15 service charge applied to all refused packages.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund, credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return please call Customer Service or log into your account and track your return progress under EASY RETURNS. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.
