Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.
 

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. Freight Forwarders

Additional Return Policy Details

SmartFX and perfume purchases do not qualify for free prepaid return shipping. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. There will be a $15 service charge applied to all refused packages.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund, credit or exchange will be made.
